Production stages
One specification carried through the workflow

Design and specification review
Confirm dimensions, construction, material direction, components, finish, logo, quantity, packaging, and market requirements. Record missing decisions before quotation and sampling.

Sampling and evaluation
Translate the brief into a physical reference. Review appearance, fit, movement, alignment, material, color, logo, and any corrections required for approval.

Material and component preparation
Prepare the approved frame material and related components according to the released project specification and production plan.

Frame processing and finishing
Carry out the process sequence appropriate to metal or acetate construction, including forming or shaping, component work, surface treatment, color, and polishing requirements.

Assembly and adjustment
Assemble the frame and review alignment, hinge movement, component fit, opening and closing, balance, and visible workmanship.

Final inspection and packing
Complete the specified visual, functional, quantity, logo, label, and packing checks before the agreed shipping handover.
